When do I send my checks?
Your check needs to arrive on or before the 10th of each month.
May I pay more than one month?
Yes, but only the $20 per child and $40 per pastor will be wired each month. This enables sponsors to pay yearly or quarterly.
Can I give gifts to my child?
Yes, additional cash gifts for birthdays, Christmas, or other presents can be added into your month’s check to avoid loss of parcels in the mail and tariffs. Your child will write a thank you letter for gifts received. You may send a parcel to your child, but DO NOT SEND PARCELS OR LETTERS TO THE FORT WORTH, TEXAS ADDRESS.
Is it better to send a package or send money and have the gift bought in Uganda?
It is much more cost effective to send a cash gift to the Fort Worth, Texas address or pay by Paypal. The money will be wired to Africa, and REACH will purchase the designated gift for your child, family, or pastor. Parcels are often lost or costly for Reach to pick up so please limit and postal delivered gifts to one per year.

If I pay by Paypal, is there an extra fee?
Yes, Paypal adds an extra 3% surcharge. Please include this in your amount so REACH does not have to. If paying sponsorship fees through Paypal, the cost is $21 for children, $42 for pastors.
Can I make a one time donation?
Yes, any donate button on our site will help you out. You can mail a check to the FORT WORTH, TEXAS address or pay by PAYPAL. Please remember to designate where you would like it to go, or just note: General Fund.
Can I have my monthly sponsorship deducted automatically?
No, Automatic deduction is not available as yet, so sponsors are encouraged to use their own bank’s automatic bill pay to ensure a regular monthly payment is received before the 10th of each month.
Can I have my Newsletter/Reminder sent to me by email rather than post?
An email reminder, which includes our newsletter, is available by postal mail or email. We encourage our sponsors to choose email to keep our costs down. Everyone associated with REACH in the US are volunteers keeping administration costs to less than 1%.
Is my information kept safe and private with your organization?
Reach does not sell sponsor information to unrelated companies so that they can market their products to you. Our sponsor’s information is only used for our own administration purposes.
